The session prep you would otherwise do by hand.

Eighteen tools are built into Setlist Organiser and included in the licence. They exist because every one of them replaces an hour of clicking that somebody was doing at two in the morning before a load-in.

Included in the app

  • Place STOP Markers

Drop a stop marker at the end of every region in a pass, instead of placing them one at a time down a whole show.

  • Silence Splitter

Take a single long bounce of a show and split it into songs at the silences, automatically.

  • Markers ↔ Bar|Beat / Absolute

Convert markers losslessly between tempo-relative and sample-based reference, computed against Pro Tools' real tempo map including ramps.

  • Region Cutter and Gap Closer

Trim regions to their boundaries and pull out the dead air between them.

  • Stem Bouncer

Automated mute and solo passes for a set of stem bounces, unattended.

  • Tempo Map

Detect beats in an audio file and build a MIDI tempo map from them.

  • Auto Color

Colour markers or regions by rule, so a long session reads at a glance.

  • Macro Builder

Chain tools into one action, and run the same prep on every session of a tour.

  • Cross-DAW Marker Export

Read markers out of one DAW and write them into another.

  • Export Marker List

Get the marker list out as a file, for paperwork or for another department.

Plus further tools in the built-in catalogue, reached from the Tools tab.

Encorly Tools

A premium range for the jobs that go beyond session tidying. Both are on sale now as one-time purchases, bought from the tool’s page in the Tools tab.

$49 · Pro Tools

Region Durations

The true played length of every region, meaning the audio a director actually hears rather than the raw file length, with song, tempo and start timecode. Exports as a director-ready PDF with setlist grouping, sort and column options and a live preview, or as CSV.

$79.99 · Pro Tools and Reaper

Section Transfer

Move multitrack sections between sessions, in any direction: Pro Tools to Reaper, Reaper to Pro Tools, or within the same DAW. Capture a span across the tracks you choose, with clip boundaries, markers and tempo carried along and the source left untouched, then place it in another session at a typed position, the playhead or a marker. Missing tracks are created for you.

Capture and place. It is not live audio streaming between two running sessions.

Prices in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

All eighteen are in the trial.

Run them against a real session before you decide whether the app is worth it.
