Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

1. Who you are buying from
Setlist Organiser and its add-ons are made by Sound Provider Limited ("we", "us"), trading as Encorly. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 04075559. Our registered office is 34 Haslin Crescent, Christleton, Chester, CH3 6AN.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. Every order is placed with and paid to Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which resells our products to you. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt and invoices, and handles payment disputes. The software itself is licensed to you by Sound Provider Limited under the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) shown when you first run the app and published at https://encorly.com/eula.html.
2. What we sell
All prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, so the total you pay may be higher than the price shown.

Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
2.1 Setlist Organiser licence ($249)
- A perpetual licence to use Setlist Organiser on macOS. It includes twelve months of feature updates from the date of purchase.
- After the twelve months, the version you were entitled to keeps working permanently. Nothing is disabled or removed. Bug fixes to a version you own stay free. A renewal for another year of feature updates will be offered, and its price will be shown to you before you buy it.
- One licence activates on up to two Macs at a time, for example a main rig and a backup. To move a licence to a replacement machine, email support@encorly.com.
- Activation needs an internet connection. After that, the app keeps working offline for up to 30 days between check-ins. A licence check never stops the app from launching.
2.2 Add-on tools
Paid tools in the app's Tools tab are sold separately, each for a one-time payment. Each one unlocks that tool for use with your Setlist Organiser licence, on the same machines. An add-on tool does not include a Setlist Organiser licence.
2.3 Encorly Anywhere subscription
- The Companion (phone and tablet remote) works on your local network with no subscription. Encorly Anywhere is an optional subscription that lets the Companion connect from outside your local network, through our cloud relay.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings > Network > Manage subscription in the app, or from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing, and you keep remote access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no longer. We do not refund the unused part of a period you cancel part-way through, except where the law requires us to (see section 4).
- If a renewal payment fails, remote access ends when the paid period ends, until the payment is fixed.
- Remote access needs an internet connection and our relay service. If the relay is unavailable, the Companion still works on your local network.
2.4 AI credits
- The AI Session Assistant is included with the app, but each message uses prepaid credits. A typical reply uses between 5 and 20 credits. How many credits a message uses depends on the amount of AI processing it needs. The app shows your balance, and you can see current pricing in the Assistant settings.
- Messages use credits even when your DAW is not connected.
- Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment clears.
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits are tied to your Setlist Organiser licence. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Credits are non-refundable once supplied. See section 4.3.
3. Placing an order
When you click Buy, you go to a Lemon Squeezy checkout. The contract is formed when Lemon Squeezy confirms your order by email. Your licence key, or confirmation that your credits or subscription are active, is sent to the email address you give at checkout.
The free demo lets you try everything before you buy. It is the complete app, has no time limit and needs no card. Without a licence, each session runs for 20 minutes, then playback, timecode and networking stop. Relaunch the app for another session.
4. Cancellation and refunds
4.1 Your legal right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content that is supplied immediately, such as a licence key or credits, you lose that right once the supply starts, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.
4.2 Our refund policy for the licence, tools and subscription
If you are not happy with Setlist Organiser or an add-on tool, email support@encorly.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We deactivate the licence when we refund it.
For Encorly Anywhere: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that first payment. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, to the payment method you used. When a licence, tool or subscription is refunded, we deactivate it. The app stops treating it as licensed from its next launch.
4.3 AI credits
Credits count as digital content supplied immediately. When you buy them in the app, you are asked to confirm: "I want my credits supplied immediately, and I accept that once they are supplied I lose my right to cancel within 14 days."
Credits you have already used cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights if something is faulty.
4.4 Faulty products
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These include a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a price reduction or refund. Nothing in this page affects those rights.
5. Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please email support@encorly.com first. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can. If a payment is reversed, we may deactivate the licence, tool, subscription or credits it paid for.
6. Business customers
If you are buying for a business, sections 4.1 and 4.4 do not apply. The EULA sets out our liability to you. For purchase orders, quotes or multiple licences, email support@encorly.com.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can also bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and you keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
