Public beta

Run a real show on the beta.

Setlist Organiser 1.0 is in public beta. Sign up, download it, and help us find what breaks before general release.

It is the full app: every DAW integration, the Companion and all eighteen tools. Beta testers get licence codes for the app and the paid add-ons, so nothing stops after twenty minutes. The codes and the setup notes are on the next page once you sign up.

What is in the beta

  • Every feature unlocked, not a cut-down version
  • All four DAW integrations, including Pro Tools Smart Link
  • The Companion for phone and tablet
  • All eighteen built-in session tools
  • Activate in place when you buy, with nothing to reinstall

Activate before you rely on it

Without a licence the app runs in twenty-minute demo sessions. When a session ends, playback, timecode and networking stop until you relaunch. The beta guide has a code that licenses the app at no cost, so activate it before a rehearsal or a show.

Getting to your first show

  1. Install

Open the disk image, drag the app to Applications, then open it from Applications, not from the disk image.

  2. Export your markers

From Pro Tools, export session info as text. No editing needed. With Smart Link you can skip this entirely.

  3. Drag the file in

Drop it onto the All Markers window and every marker is read in.

  4. Build the running order

Drag markers into groups, groups into a super group.

  5. Follow Pro Tools

Quit and reopen Pro Tools once, put the Setlist Organiser Panel plug-in on any track, and open Show Mode.
